WHAT IS 5-A-SIDE?

5-a-side is just a smaller version of the world’s most popular sport. The objective is the same, put the ball in the back of the net. This type of soccer is very popular in the UK and has been growing in popularity in the US. It is fast paced, technical, allows for continuous play and more touches on the ball. The game is played on a small field (75ft x 50ft) with 4 field players and 1 goalie per team. The rules are similar to full field soccer, played with the same type of ball and has rolling substitutions. This game is great for developing and refining skills for both beginners and experts.
