BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Host your next birthday party at Tucson Soccer Center! Whether you are turning 5 or 50, we have a great location for you to celebrate! TSC has two 50ft x 75ft fields to play soccer, or other sports games you might like to play! We have a bar with multiple TVs, ready to show whatever you would like, and a private party room to celebrate your special day. Please see FAQs below for additional information.

Standard Package: $425

• 1 50ft x 75ft field for 1 hour 
• Private event room for 3 hours
(includes setup/take down time)
• Balls and bibs included (can play soccer, dodgeball, other appropriate games etc.)

Add Ons

• 1 extra hour on the same field: $125 ($160 in June/July)
• 30 min game with staff & scoreboards: $50

• 1 50ft x 75ft field for 1 hour (15-20 children, 10-15 adults) 
• 2 reserved tables near the bar during field time
• Private party room for 1 hour
• Balls and bibs provided 
• Birthday trophy
• 1 staff member to run games 

PACKAGE 2: $500

• 2 50ft x 75ft fields for 1 hour (30-40 children, 20-30 adults)

• 2 reserved tables near the bar during field time

• Private party room for 1 hour

END OF THE SEASON PARTY

Need a place to celebrate the end of another great season? Whether it is your child’s team or your own, the end of a great season deserves a celebration! 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Party rentals are available to book through our booking platforms on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. Please email us at info@tucsonsoccercenter.com if you would like to book your party on a different day of the week.

    Our Standard Party Package includes:

    • Private Event Room: 3 hours

    • Field Time: 1 hour

    After clicking “Book My Party,” you will be redirected to our online booking system, Bond Sports. If you do not already have a Bond Sports account, you will need to create one before proceeding.

    How to Book:

    1. Select “Birthday” as the activity.

    2. Choose your preferred date and time for the party.

      • Be sure to select a 3-hour time block (six 30-minute blocks).

      • By default, you will have 1 hour of field time that will begin 30 minutes into your 3-hour reservation.

    3. Review and agree to the terms and conditions and complete the required waivers for yourself and any dependents.

    4. Select any optional add-ons. The price of each add-on is indicated next to the description. During the approval process the cost of any chosen add-ons will be added to your total. 

    5. Add a payment method:

      • Credit/debit card (3.35% service fee applies) or

      • ACH payment
        Then submit your booking request.

    Important Information:

    • Please allow up to 2 business days for your booking request to be approved.

    • All party rentals require a 50% deposit to reserve.

    • Once approved, the 50% deposit will be charged to your selected payment method.

    • You may cancel within 24 hours of approval for a full refund.

  • TSC does not serve more than snacks. Please bring your own food for your party rental. No outside alcohol allowed; the bar will be open during your rental. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in scheduling a food truck for your event. 

  • If you wish, you may bring your own decorations for the private event room. TSC is not responsible for putting up or taking down decorations. Additional charges may apply if personal decorations are not taken down by the end of your rental time.

  • The Standard Party Package includes up to 60 guests; however, our private event room accommodates 25 to 30 seated guests at a time, with additional seating available around the fields. If your event will include more than 60 guests, we will need to discuss other reservation options to ensure the best experience for you and your guests.

    Please note that we require all guests that are entering the field to have a wristband, indicating that they have completed the liability waiver.

    • Additional field time: $125 per hour per field ($160 in June & July)

    • TSC Staff-run 30-minute game + scoreboard use: $50

    • Scoreboard use only: $10 per scoreboard

  • While Tucson Soccer Center is primarily a soccer facility, our 50ft x 75ft fields can accommodate a variety of activities! We can provide soccer and dodgeball equipment on-site. Other sports equipment, such as footballs and frisbees, is permitted provided it does not damage our fields or pass through our field netting. We also offer a separate Nerf Battle Party Package through our partnership with Desert Swarm. To book this option, please click the "Reservation Request" button under the "Desert Swarm Package" section above to use their booking system.

  • Turf/indoor/tennis shoes are allowed on our fields. No studded cleats or open-toe shoes.

    We recommend removing all jewelry and other accessories while on the fields for each person's own safety and the safety of others

  • Full refunds for rental deposits are available if the scheduled event is canceled at least eight weeks prior to the rental time or the event is canceled within 24hrs of online approval. Rental deposit refunds will not be offered for cancellations made within eight weeks of the event. For rentals where the full payment has been made up front, half of the full payment is refundable if the cancellation occurs before the scheduled rental time begins. Refunds are not available once the scheduled rental time has passed.
